Corporate Account Identification

To open a corporate account with Dukascopy Bank, the following documentation is required:

Document Requirement Checklist

Certificate of Incorporation.
Articles of Association / Memorandum of Association.
Proof of Registered Address.
Identification documents (Passport/ID) for all Directors and Shareholders (>25%).
Board Resolution authorizing the account opening.
